1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the ShootAI Virtual Try-On & Studio application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or merchant entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Model Likeness & Photo Upload Consent

When uploading custom model photos, apparel imagery, or background references, you affirm and warrant that you possess all legal rights, model releases, and permissions necessary. ShootAI disclaims all liability for unauthorized photo uploads. You agree to indemnify ShootAI against third-party claims arising from uploaded likenesses.

3. Credits & Billing Terms

ShootAI operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system:

• Welcome Credits: 10 complimentary credits upon initial installation.
• Credit Consumption: 1 credit per completed storefront customer try-on; 3 credits per high-resolution studio photo generation.
• Recharge & Non-Refundability: Credit packs are billed through Shopify's official billing system. Due to immediate GPU/cloud computation costs incurred at generation time, purchased credits are non-refundable once consumed.

4. Ownership & Commercial Usage

Merchants retain full, worldwide commercial rights to use all final generated photoshoot renders and marketing creatives for their e-commerce storefronts, advertising campaigns, and social channels. Synthetic AI models provided in the default catalog are cleared for commercial usage.
